numbrz is a digital accountancy, which is fancy marketing speak for being accountants who work on your accounts remotely (i.e. in the cloud), rather than face to face and with boxes and boxes of receipts and files.

It might seem complicated, but actually it’s very easy, as rather than you having to post lots of receipts to us, you just need to take photographs or scans, or upload your digital receipts to your numbrz account.

There are some great benefits too, for example, you can see the work that has been done and get a good idea of how your business is performing at any one time.

The numbrz Process

Create your accountancy package

Review your package and sign up online

 

Choose to pay monthly or upfront.
Or feel free to call us if you want to discuss anything or sign up on the phone.

We send you a login to my.numbrz customer portal and Tick & Bash

Step 3

View your services on your online Portal pages

 

See work progres, upload documents and communicate with us
Keep paperwork to a minimum and send us all your files digitally.

Step 4

We complete your accounts and you carry on running your business.

Common Questions

Do I need to buy any software?

No, although you can if you want. We provide you with our own online software, Tick and Bash,  when you sign up, free of charge whilst you use our services, or we can normally use your own software (for example Xero, Quickbooks or Sage).

Can I come to you from another accountant?

Yes, switching is very easy, all you need to do is provide your accountant’s details and let them know you are moving, we even provide template letters for you to use if you wish.

Can I join part way through an accounting year?

Yes, normally we provide accounts for the year you sign up in, but if you need accounts for prior years, please contact us and we can quote for this.

Are there any other costs?

No. You are only charged what you have agreed to, nothing is hidden. You can pay us monthly or annually and if you do find you grow and/or need other services, we can add that to your account when you need that.

How do I pay?

We take payments monthly or annually from the card details you supply. Your payments are a subscription to our services, so if payment fails, we will first try again in a day or two and then contact you. No work will be carried out until payments resume.

I want to sign up, what are the next steps?

Simple, you can pick your package from the quote screen then fill in your details, or we can take those from you via telephone/email and send you our Letter of Engagement (LOE), this sets out the services you asked for and their costs. All you have to do is e-sign this document, make your first month or year’s payment and we’ll set you up.

Once you sign, we have to perform a couple of checks to confirm your identity (due to Government Anti-Money Laundering legislation) so may contact you about this and then once that is complete we will set you up on our platform and get you started.

Your Welcome Email will guide you through what we will need from you and check if you want to use our accounting software or your own.
